Toby Tarnow is a Canadian actress who portrayed Anne Shirley in the 1956 TV film Anne of Green Gables. She had also provided the voice of Anne Shirley in the 1954 radio drama Anne of Avonlea and possibly in its prequel, Anne of Green Gables (1954).
