Samuel "Sam" Vincent Khouth is a Canadian voice actor, who is best known for his countless voice roles in various anime and animation, most notably Edd/"Double D" in the Cartoon Network series Ed, Edd n Eddy, Stegz in Extreme Dinosaurs, Hare in Monster Rancher, the titular character of Krypto the Superdog, Flim in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and Lloyd Garmadon in Ninjago. He also provided Sonic the Hedgehog's singing voice in the DIC series Sonic Underground.
In 2020, Vincent starred in the thriller film Torn: Dark Bullets as Captain Jason Pearce, as well as in the web series Life of Gabe as his brother Gabe Khouth, who died in a motorcycle accident in 2019.
