Nov 28, 2012 · I think this disc is a good, comprehensive summary of John Wetton's oft-brilliant music, with inclusions from his early career work with King Crimson: the schizophrenic Starless and Book of Saturday, arguably -in my opinion - one of the most beautiful songs EVAH!

King's Road was complied by Wetton himself, so we should not simply dismiss it as a record label cash in. The album covers Wetton's solo work and albums he recorded as a member of various bands between 1973 and 1980, while he was signed to EG records.
