Tommi Antero Mäkinen (s. 26. kesäkuuta 1964 Puuppola, Jyväskylän mlk) on suomalainen entinen ralliautoilija ja nelinkertainen ralliautoilun maailmanmestari vuosilta 1996 – 1999. Hän lopetti ralliuransa vuonna 2003. Urallaan Mäkinen ajoi yhteensä 139 MM-rallia, joista hän voitti 24. Maailmanmestaruusvuosinaan hän ajoi Mitsubishin tallissa.
