South Plains College 2021-2022 Fact Book 26 Dorm Occupancy South Plains College has 12 dorms and one apartment complex to house students on the Levelland Campus. There are 6 men’s dorms and 6 women’s dorms and the Smallwood Apartments which house both men and women. There are a total of 738 beds available, 406 for men and 332 for women.
