Jonás Cuarón Elizondo (born 1981) is a Mexican film director, screenwriter, producer, editor and cinematographer. He is the son of the Academy Award -winner Alfonso Cuarón and his first wife, Mariana Elizondo.
Jonás Cuarón was born on 21 May 1983 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico. He is a director and writer, known for Gravity (2013), Desierto (2015) and Año uña (2007). He has been married to Eireann Harper since 2007. They have one child.
