Ingrid Schulerud is a Norwegian diplomat and the spouse of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. She served as Norway's ambassador to Belgium from 2015 to 2019 and has a background in environmental and development issues.

Ingrid Schulerud has completed her posting as ambassador of Norway to Belgium, after four years of service. She wishes to thank her team and all Norwegian colleagues for the great collaboration to promote a wide range of Norwegian interests.
Stoltenberg is married to Ingrid Schulerud, a diplomat who holds a high-ranking post within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They met while students at the Cathedral School of Oslo, when Schulerud beat him in a student-government election. They have two children.
