I was given multiple contracts, given praise multiple times for my work but ModSquad could never offer reasonable amount of hours for compensation. Poor pay, no compensation, no benefits, no pto, no overtime, no Holidays, under strict nda, non compete clause, extremely predatory practices. I'll never work for them again in my life.

Modsquad is basically the middleman between freelancers and client. I worked with Spotify and as a bilingual customer service agent, my pay is 5 USD an hour with no benefits as it's contractual based. Pros. As a mod contractor at ModSquad you're basically a freelancer and have the possibility to work on multiple projects. Salary per hour depends on the project. Lots of flexibility. Cons. When you don't have many guaranteed hours on your project you can look for other projects, or take on extra hours.
