Odyssey 5 is simply the smartest show on cable! In one commercial, the announcer says that it is the obvious heir to the X-Files. Well, in my opinion as a longtime X-Fan, Odyssey 5 is much better.

The premise involves five space travelers who witness the destruction of the Earth; they are given the opportunity to travel to the past to identify and prevent the cataclysm.
