S1.E1 ∙ Mad Dog Returns. Middle aged Bob McKay has to choose between continuing to draw greeting cards and reviving his cartoon superhero Mad Dog with Harlan Stone, whose vision of Mad Dog couldn't be more different from Bob's own concept.
Bob (Bob Newhart) promises Trisha a job that Harlan has already given to his girlfriend (Christine Dunford), a woman whose greatest talent seems to be setting things on fire. Harlan: John Cygan.
