Jul 10, 2021 · I have the 3/4 size Big Y standard reel (previous generation) and use it on my Echo EN Carbon XL 10' 3wt. What a solid, quality reel (made of made out of 6061 aluminum). Not sure about the country of origin (guessing Korea).

Aug 17, 2020 · Was looking for some flies online and heard good reviews about Big Y Fly so I figured I’d give it a try. I bought 64 flies and they were promptly shipped out. Came sooner than expected, but the post office is a mess right now so nothing on Big Y for this.

Found a solid deal from some company called Big Y Fly and went to the Internet to confirm they were legit since I’d never heard of them - saw some positive stuff on Reddit about their flies and pulled the trigger - 9’ 5 wt Clearwater with a Battenkill III real loaded with SA Mastery Trout that ran me ~ $365.
