Apr 27, 2024 · The lake was a local hidden gem for years, but social media turned it into a summer hotspot, drawing hundreds of boats to its sandbars in June, July and August – especially its epic Fourth of July sand bar celebrations. ( Local law enforcement has upped their presence so things don’t get as crazy as they used to.)
Took a random road trip to Michigan and ended up at Torch Lake. The most beautiful water I have ever seen! Soft sand bottoms, refreshingly cool waters, friendly locals, lots of watersports rentals available. 110% will return again.🙂
