Characters The four main characters in Aaahh!!! Real Monsters. Ickis (voiced by Charlie Adler) is a small red-violet monster who is often mistaken for a rabbit due to his large ears. He is the son of Slickis, a famous scarer. He seems the most skittish of the monsters but is also a capable leader.
The series follows three young monsters friends, Ickis, Oblina, and Krumm, who attend The Monster Academy, a school for teaching monsters to scare humans located under a city dump, being run by The Gromble, a monster known for his strong temper, harsh punishments, and yelling towards his students.
Real Monsters. He is the intimidating and strict headmaster of the monster academy, who demonstrates his tough love by belittling his students for poor scares. The Gromble has been seen eating one of his students in one bite (although he spits him out after chewing him up).
It's about three monsters: Ickis, a monster that is often mistaken for a rabbit; Oblina, the only female monster in the trio who is shaped like a candy cane and often reaches down her throat to pull stuff out of her stomach; and Krumm, a monster who uses his unbearable stench to scare humans.
