David Hoselton (born October 29, 1968) is a Canadian screenwriter and television producer, best known for his work on the television series House and the animated films Over the Hedge and Brother Bear. Hoselton attended the University of Toronto Law School where he met and befriended David Shore, the creator of House.
Dave and his wife, Coralie, were named to the Roberts Wesleyan College Hall of Fame in 1993 and served on the Board of Reference.
Hoselton’s first loves include the great outdoors, charity and community work along with his family, wife and high school sweetheart Coralie; daughter, Katherine, 43; and sons Brett, 41, and Drew, 37. Both Coralie and Brett previously worked for the company.

They have been married for nearly 36 years. “I told her I loved her on the U of G campus.” Without really knowing why, Hoselton gravitated into poetry and creative writing courses at U of G, only understanding later their deep impact.
