Sep 3, 2019 · Halloween has had an impact on everything horror. From movies to video games. This movie is one of the few that leaves me awestruck. Of course, the film was made on a rather tight budget so there is some roughness around the edges you wouldn't have found if the Mr. Carpenter had a larger budget. The movie has defined the horror genre.
