Top ways to experience Le Panier. Lovely quirky neighbourhood with cobbled streets to wander along and colourful houses/shops. Lots of artist studios and ‘concept’ stores to browse. A few eateries and cafes that looked inviting too, we stopped at ‘Dutch Cafe’ for coffee and pineapple cake.
