Epica, After forever, Sirenia, Myrkur, Draconian, Black Briar, Cathubodua, Eluveitie, Tristania (old, widows weeds is amazing), Penumbra, Midnattsol. I would say that the closest thing to Nightwish that isn't Nightwish is Xandria's Neverworld's End album.
Rhapsody of Fire and Avantasia both uses Symphonic metal and power metal aside. Sure the music is rather different in terms of tones but remember these bands also collaborate with one another as well. And a few band members are in like 2 bands or more like example Wintersun has two members with Nightwish.
