Plot: Red explains that he and his pals thought that the best way to be a man was to be loud and strong and smell like gas, which meant that they needed an outboard motor. They decide to build themselves the biggest outboard on the lake, using a 427-inch engine, a shower rod for a drive shaft, and a ceiling fan for a propeller. They assemble everything using the handyman's secret weapon, duct tape. But it proves too heavy for the aluminum boat they mount it to. They try and balance the weight of the boat by placing Moose on it, but he accidentally weighed the other way. Buster is chosen as test pilot. After some difficulty with starting the boat up, Buster throttles the boat, but the motor goes faster than the boat and it breaks off and then breaks through the boat itself. Buster manages to avoid getting hit by the motor's spinning blade by jumping over it.
