Added to NRHP. April 16, 1993. The Tom Thumb House is a historic house in Middleborough, Massachusetts. The 2 story wood-frame house was built in the 1870s as a summer home for the dwarf entertainer Charles Stratton, best known by his stage name, General Tom Thumb.

Hours are Saturdays, 10am-2pm or by appointment. In Mill House One, on permanent exhibit at the museum is the Tom and Lavinia Thumb exhibit, one of the country’s largest collection of memorabilia from this famous couple who were world famous superstars of the entertainment industry.
