    • Croquetas. Creamy on the inside and crunchy on the outside—that's the sign of a perfect Spanish croquette. There are countless varieties of croquetas here in Spain, but the most traditional are creamy Iberian ham croquettes (croquetas de jamón ibérico).
    • Boquerones en Vinagre. Boquerones en vinagre are traditional tapas from Southern Spain that consist of marinated anchovies seasoned with garlic and parsley.
    • Cochinillo Asado (Tostón Asado) Cochinillo asado (tostón asado) or roast suckling pig, is one of the most typical dishes in the cuisine of Castilla, Spain.
    • Croquetas de Jamón. Les croquetas de jamón sont des croquettes très appréciées de la cuisine espagnole à base de Jambon de Serrano et de sauce Béchamel.
