What a waste!! Update: I emailed support, and they did immediately respond and promised to refund my $10, so they have somewhat redeemed themselves. But, a company that promises to provide current cell phone numbers should definitely have been able to provide this one, I know for a fact that he has a current iphone. Anyway, thanks for the refund!
