Extract the game files and run the iso file in the folder, then run the setup.exe file to install the game. Right click on the MH2 desktop icon, then click, "Open File Location", so that it displays all the folders therein, then open up the NOCD files folder to the side of it.

I do not think this information has changed, but, yes, this title, as well as the first Manhunt, can be purchased from the PSN Store. It's still banned here in Australia on any platform : (. If you have the original ps3 model, you can play the game but it will be censored.
