Dec 14, 2011 · 12. 6y. weyesblood. 76. despite all of its flaws and some incoherence between both parts, the two-sided «darkbloom» features some highlights that make this an essential listen to every grimes fan. «vanessa» is an ethereal hidden gem, and d’eon’s «telepathy” is nothing short of an astonishingly produced track using interference noise.

  6. i love darkbloom start to finish, including d'Eon's side i mainly first listened through buying the vinyl to complete my grimes discography, but d'eons stuff is truly super unique and it goes great as a double album, both in vinyl and digital. i feel both their sides are underrated, even grimes' part in it!
