Mar 11, 2004 · It was in November 1996 when I read about Ralph Carter being HIV positive also. When I first read about this, I was heart-broken. I've seen photos of Ralph on TV since I've read that article in the Enquire, and yes I agree Ralph does look sickly and pale.
