Pros: Using heartland just as a user was not the best experience. It was nice for w2 purposes, and being able to clock in/clock out on a daily shift at the restaurant. Cons: Viewing/printing paychecks each week was such a challenge. Most times I would almost get kicked out because my password didn't always register.
