It follows a high school student who becomes possessed by Mary Lou Maloney, a student who died at her high school prom in 1957.
Mary Lou returns in Prom Night III: The Last Kiss, seducing Alex (Tim Conlon), a handsome high school senior who, though an average student, aspires to go to medical school. She initially benefits him greatly, manipulating his grades at school and helping him become a football star.
