When to Apply. You can start to work on your fall admission application on Aug. 1. The priority filing period is Nov. 1-30. UC Merced offers 21 majors, 22 minors and 12 graduate programs taught by more than 300 full-time faculty members, visiting professors and lecturers, who have come to UC Merced from some of the world's top-ranked universities.
