- Zoe Saldaña - Joe. Zoe Saldaña stars as Joe, the strongwilled no-nonsense leader of the CIA's Lioness program. While Joe spends her days training her operatives to take down some of the most dangerous terrorists in the world, she struggles with bringing her work back home with her, remaining emotionally distant from her family.
