Dec 19, 2022 · Before, Frontier flyers could call a traditional customer service line to get help with issues such as reservations, cancellations or lost bags. Now, flyers needing assistance must either use a 24-hour live chat available on the airline's website, reach out on social media channels, send an email or file a written complaint, per the airline.
