It's not a good sign when the writer makes a mistake and implies NetherRealm was the one that took over after Double Helix was bought. But who is responsible for Killer Instinct? Shpeshal Nick isn't sure, but he's quite confident it's not run by Iron Galaxy or NetherRealm (the studio that took over Killer Instinct after Double Helix left).

Hopefully we'll hear more about this in a not too distant future if true, but until them - remember that it is just a rumour.
