Curt Gowdy State Park Campground offers 159 campsites in 12 camping areas which are located around Granite Reservoir. Equestrian and group camping are also available. There are 90 reservable campsites and 69 first-come, first-serve. Several bike-in campsites are also available.

Camp Russell Campground is part of Curt Gowdy State Park in Wyoming (33 min west of Cheyenne, WY) with an elevation of 7,277 feet. There are a total of 10 campsites. The campground is open all year. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 50 and 55 feet. All sites are currently reservable.

The beautiful attractions within Curt Gowdy State Park are near the crossroads of two major interstates, I-80 and I-25. There are three reservoirs, Granite, Crystal and North Crow. Granite offers excellent rainbow trout fishing as well as space for water sports.
