Jul 20, 2017 · Kinda reminds me of a scandal with Noriko Sakai, who was arrested and jailed for drug offences and it resulted in a ban of the Pikachu and Pichu short in Japan. But I don't believe that Namikawa's case is as serious and if he is being investigated, I would expect that Rotom Dex would be temporarily recasted.
