Jun 17, 2024 · How to Search County Records. The Registry of Deeds houses the recorded image of all documents related to the ownership of real estate, such as deeds, mortgage, liens and surveyor's plans/maps.
Searching County Records. You may conduct a search in the Registry by searching by name, searching by volume/book or searching by document number. There are public computers available in the research room. The Registry records are indexed by the name of the individual (s) to a transaction.

County Deeds Fee Schedule. (State government and municipalities are exempt from surcharge.) Names in excess of four to be indexed $1.00 per name. (Please count all grantors, grantees, aka’s, trustees, dba’s, partners and nominees.)
