The Frank is a two story art gallery in the Pembroke Pines City Center. It opened on April 27, 2017 and it is named after Pembroke Pines mayor Frank C. Ortis in honor of his decades long commitment to the cultural arts. The center is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 to 5.
