If I could sum up working here in a few words, it would be this: I absolutely regret working here. I turned down two other job opportunities to work at ModSquad and I regret it every single day. For starters, the people here are lazy. A lot of them play on their phones during work, or sleep, or play with the PS5 at the front of the office.

I did remote work for ModSquad. I was given multiple contracts, given praise multiple times for my work but ModSquad could never offer reasonable amount of hours for compensation. Poor pay, no compensation, no benefits, no pto, no overtime, no Holidays, under strict nda, non compete clause, extremely predatory practices.
