Recently, Pork Pie has introduced the Little Squealer line, the Piglite acrylic line and the Big Black Brass snare drums. The Big Black Brass drum as well as the Little Squealers are MADE IN TAIWAN. Piglite drums are made in California. The Little Squealer line has grown from one snare drum to a 4 piece drumset and 4 assorted snare drums.

Sep 4, 2022 · History of Pork Pie. Hi, my name is Bill Detamore, President of Pork Pie Percussion. In 1987, I started making drums as a hobby. I sold one, made two more and so on. This evolved into some of the finest handmade drums available today. To take snare drums one step further, I introduced solid (one piece), exotic wood stave and plate brass designs.
These Siam oak drums are made from shells imported from Thailand. The Siam oak is actually soft wood. They give it a mahogany stain. Oct 19, 2019 · The Pork Pie drums Blood Red Sparkle Lacquer series is made with all Maple shells with Pork Pie's progressive ply design. The series is finished off with chrome hardware, Pork Pie exclusive lugs and Remo heads. A 14" x 14" floor tom and matching 14" x 7" snare are also available as add-ons.
