Hoselton’s future goals are simple: He plans to retire in the next three years or so, by the time he reaches 70-a promise he made to his family years ago. And long-term goals? “I’m leaving that up to the next generation,” he says. His son, Drew, is being groomed to take his place and last year was named president of the dealership.
