May 18, 2021 · I've been working on it though and tried to reduce the number of colors on the shirt and make them all the same so that he can finally have some alternate colors. I probably won't mess with the legs/skin/hair, etc. I just wanted to be able to give him more than one color.

There is literally no way anyone here can answer this question with the current information we have of the game. It's possible they add him in a dlc update of some sort later on but there is no way to confirm that. I think Gouken might be dead in sf6. 12 votes, 13 comments.
Feb 6, 2022 · CVS Gouken is one of the spriter projects that I have been working for a while. (being intended for Mugen and Ikemen Go) The current result was built by composing with existing subjects, using SFIV Gouken as the main reference and his pupils/brother from the crossover as a guideline to achieve.
This version has custom sprites, and the sprites are based on its Street Fighter IV incarnation. It has multiple palettes, which is about 80+. This version has brutal AI, and can be hard for inexperienced players. It has a special feature, which the player can select a palette in battle.
