Sep 17, 2020 · Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. was founded on January 13, 1913 by twenty-two young, determined, and educated women on the campus of Howard University. Although they were from vastly different backgrounds, these women bonded for one purpose-to impact society through sisterhood.
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has programs designed to address health education programs and health fairs. Delta also supports medical research that examines illnesses that affect specific segments of the country’s population. Though non-partisan in nature and purpose, Delta understands the importance of the need for an informed electorate.
