Oct 25, 2019 · "Countdown" doesn't do anything new. 90% of the movie very predictable and easy to tell what's coming. My biggest problem with this movie was the jump scares. One, they were incredibly cheap scares that lost their touch after the second time. Two, you can see them coming. Every scene leading to a jump scare follows the exact same pattern.

one of my favorite things in the film is that the countdown app has a 3.6 star rating on the app store, which implies that some people (probably who had decades left to live) left positive reviews but other people who were actively being cursed and demonically death tortured by it took time to leave feedback for the developers. sample 1 star reviews probably:
