This former railroad bridge turned pedestrian haven crosses over the mighty Mississippi River from St. Anthony Main into downtown, with giant archways made from limestone and granite.

We really enjoyed our 2 1/2 hours visit to the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Many classic works of Art on display throughout the museum. There were several highlights and one of the works we enjoyed seeing the most was Raffaelo Monti’s marble carving of the “Veiled Lady” (c. 1860). Highly recommend visiting the MIA when visiting Minneapolis.
