The original KB4023057 was released in November 2018, and other versions were released in January and February 2019. The latest release of update KB4023057 was released on 28/2/2019 which supersedes the previous releases of that security update.
To install the update, open the Settings app, go to “Update & Security -> Windows Update” page. On the right-panel, click on the “Check for Updates” button.
