Jul 30, 2016 · Todd E. Craig, 48, Altoona, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016, surrounded by family at Van Zandt VA Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born January 22, 1968, in Altoona, son of Donald and Victoria Craig.
