Rule 4723-7-08 went into effect February 1, 2024 requiring individuals licensed or issued a certificate by the Ohio Board of Nursing to report a misdemeanor, felony conviction, guilty plea, a judicial finding of guilt of, a judicial finding of guilt resulting from a plea of no contest to, or a judicial finding of eligibility for a pretrial diversion or similar program.
