St. Mary's College is a high school in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. It was established in 1956 by Basilian priests as an all-boys Catholic high school on St. Georges Avenue. As the school grew in popularity and size, St. Mary's began admitting girls in September 1987.
At St. Mary's College, a full range of academic programming is offered to all our students. Our aim is for students to achieve success by meeting their Academic programs offered at St. Mary's College.

Jul 3, 2024 · The purpose of this webpage is to recognize and honor the Basilian Fathers who played a significant role in bringing Catholic Education to Sault Ste Marie in 1956 by starting a new high school called St. Mary's College.
Our History. 1954 – A financial campaign was started in hope of starting an all boys Catholic high school. The campaign raised $350,000 to build the original St. Mary’s College with seven classrooms, a gym, a cafeteria, and fourteen classrooms added by the Sault Ste. Marie Separate School Board.
