Jul 17, 2024 · CBS is reviving Matlock with Kathy Bates as Maddie Matlock, a septuagenarian lawyer who solves cases. The reboot is in the pilot phase and will feature a twist on the original series, which ran for nine seasons from 1986 to 1995.
