The NHL is not really a tailgate sport but the one opportunity we have to make it one and they don't take advantage of it. I seriously question some of the people in charge of these outdoor events or even events in general.

It's an issue because if people are tailgating in the parking lot they aren't spending money at the Truly Hard Seltzer NHL PreGame^^TM fan festival. The fact that the Cotton Bowl is no longer played there is the reason the Winter Classic is there in the first place.
