Patrick Albert Crispin Marber (born 19 September 1964) [1] is an English comedian, playwright, [2] director, actor, and screenwriter. Early life. Marber was born and raised in a middle-class Jewish family in Wimbledon, London, [3] [4] the son of Angela (Benjamin), a theatre secretary, and Brian Marber, a technical analyst.
