IAH has 4 information booths located in the baggage claim of Terminal A and C, in the D/E international arrivals hall, and just past the security checkpoint in Terminal E. These are open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Airport volunteers can be found throughout the airport and are identifiable by their bright red tops. Interactive information kiosks are also positioned throughout the airport.
