     The way I know is using built-in Django contrib module like UserCreationForm from django.contrib.auth.forms for signup function and AuthenticationForm for login. Below are my codes in views.py

     However, if your requirement is up to 1017, then you will be fine with the standard unsigned integer type such as unsigned long long int. It guaranteed to be at least 64-bits wide, thus possible range is at least [0, 264-1], that is slightly more than 18 * 1018.

     Note that long long types were introduced in C99, but it's likely that even older C89 compiler supports them through extension. Check you compiler's documentation for any details.

     Both printf() and scanf() expects prefix ll in format specifier. For instance:

     unsigned long long n = ULLONG_MAX;printf("lld", n);

     MYSQL has a pretty good and easy interface to be used with c.

     You can write basic operations in 30-40 lines of c code.

     File handling will not scale and would be difficult once you change your file structure and info. With a database you can keep changing your info logically by adding new tables and still reuse most of the code by just adding new table names.
